When you pay for a plan, you are essentially paying upfront for the total number of packs of Hyper Rice that plan will deliver to you, at a discounted price.

So a 6 month plan means you will be paying for 6 packs of Hyper Rice upfront and 12 month plan means you will be paying for 12 packs.

The quantity of Hyper Rice you select in your plan will be shipped to your address once every month after a WhatsApp notification. In case you want any changes, you can let us know at that time, or in advance.

The benefits are:

• You don't need to remember to reorder rice every month, we will automatically ship it to you (unless you want to stop it or cancel it).
• You get Hyper Rice at a discount always, regardless of whether the website has offers or not. Your purchase price is locked in for the duration of the plan.

Yes, you can change your plan at anytime.

• If you are upgrading to a higher plan, difference in amount needs to be paid.
• If you're downgrading to a lower plan, any excess amount will be credited to you as a discount coupon to be used on future orders on any product, new subscription plan or subscription renewals on our website. This coupon does not expire.

• The amount to be paid or refunded will be determined based on the number of shipments already made.
• This will be on a case by case basis and will be communicated to you by email. Only after you accept it will changes be incorporated.

Yes, you can do that at anytime and get a refund for your money paid.

When you do that, a charge equal to the following amount will be subtracted before the remaining subscription amount is refunded:

The refund will be credited to you as a discount coupon to be used on future orders on any product, new subscription plan or subscription renewals on our website. This coupon expires within 6 months from the date of issuing it.

Yes, you can delay or accelerate the delivery of your Hyper Rice during the subscription period.

You may also choose to skip a month's delivery and either combine it with the next month or postpone all upcoming deliveries in sequence.

We take into account the total number of shipments per subscription period, not the duration. (Ex: 6 Month plan has 6 shipments, 12 month plan has 12 shipments and so on)

Yes definitely.

You can choose to extend your existing plan at any time. Additional amount to be paid will be charged.

You will continue accumulating reward points for your purchases, which will be equivalent to the money paid for the subscription.

Point redemption can only be done while paying subscription amount, not on individual Hyper Rice deliveries.

Yes, you may continue to place additional Hyper Rice orders outside of the subscription.

They will be processed and delivered as usual, at the price non-subscription Hyper Rice is sold at the time of placing an order.

Any discounts or promotions will not be applicable to your subscription.

You may however choose to make an additional order of Hyper Rice at the discounted price and even choose to defer the upcoming delivery of Hyper Rice to a later date.
