Returns, Cancellation, Refund Policy

Cancellation:

  1. Your order can only be cancelled if it has yet to be shipped. To cancel, please email our customer support team at RealNutriCo@gmail.com
  2. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request is acknowledged.
  3. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

 

Returns: 

Since we deal with food products, we cannot risk any contamination. Keeping the health and safety of you and all our customers in mind, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless any of the following conditions are met.

  1. Product’s packaging damaged/compromised/tampered with during transit. (needs unboxing proof).
  2. Wrong product delivered.
  3. Product is delivered post-expiration date.
  4. Incomplete order / Missing products.

 

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. Products are opened, used, or altered.
  2. Original packaging (packaging, cover, cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
  3. The return/replacement request is generated more than 2 days after the date of delivery. Any tampering/damage will be evident right away, so kindly examine the package upon receipt.
  4. The product is being returned for a reason other than those mentioned above.

 

Process:

If you would like to return/replace a product, let us know by emailing us at hello@realnutrico within 2 days of receiving the product. Your email should contain:

  • Order ID
  • Your Name
  • Items you want to return/replace
  • Reason
  • Please ensure to include images/videos as proof in your email

 We will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours.

If, based on our examination, the product is beyond use or in damaged condition, we will request you discard the product. In this case, we will provide a replacement accordingly.

After your product(s) are received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

We shall reserve the right to restrict returns or exchange of the items purchased, if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in RealNutriCo’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and are not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.

 

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
  • The shipping address, phone number or other details you provided while placing the order is incorrect.
  • You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
  • You do not comply with the return policy stated above.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
  2. The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
  3. You comply with the return & cancellation policy stated above.
  4. The product returned by you is in good condition and hasn't been tampered with.
  5. You were wrongfully charged twice for a single order.

In cases where wrong information is provided by you at time of placing your order, and you have not contacted us to correct said mistake before we have shipped your order, we will not refund your money if delivery fails and shipment is returned to us. Optionally, we can issue a refund subtracting the cost of shipping and restocking, which is on a case by case basis.

If you let us know about any errors once shipment is dispatched, it depends on the logistics company if they can make changes. We will try to the best of our ability to get the correction made, but we cannot guarantee this.

We can however, for an additional charge depending on a case by case basis, ship it to you again with the correct information.

Return Pick-up (available for most pin codes):

  1. Once we receive a return email request, we will initiate a reverse pickup. A service representative will visit you for the pick-up within 1 to 2 days.
  2. If our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.

 

Refund Amount Timelines:

  1. If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the refund request from you.
  2. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving a refund request.

 

In case the product has been returned to us for faliure to be available at time of delivery for any reason, we will refund your paid amount after deducting a restocking and shipping fee, which will be calculated on a case by case basis.
